| 摘 要： | 运用问卷调查法等方法,对我国职业足球运动员高工资得成因进行了探析。研究结果表明:纵横比较结果表明,我国职业足球运动员工资确实过高了;我国职业足球运动员获得高工资既有其内在的原因,也与我国职业联赛环境有关;需要建立和完善职业运动员工资市场形成机制、妥善发挥政府干预与调节作用、完善俱乐部内部分配制度等,以便进一步完善我国职业运动员工资机制。

| Abstract: | By methods of questionnaire etc.,this paper studies the causes leading to high salary problems of professional football players.The research results show: 1) Chinese football players' salaries are too high in fact in both vertical and horizontal comparisons.2) There are various reasons for this situation including internal factors of professional players themselves,and outside factors like professional league environment.3) It is necessary to establish and perfect the salary system in market,and government should interfere and adjust it.The internal sharing system in sport clubs is also should be perfected,so that to further perfect our national salary organism on professional athletes. |
