| 摘 要： | 前期工作是快速公交(BRT)建设的难点和关键,关乎BRT系统的有无和成败。基于我国尚未形成规范化的BRT建设项目前期工作内容和程序的现状,结合广州中山大道BRT试验线的实践经验,总结了BRT建设项目前期工作各阶段的主要工作和任务并与轨道交通项目进行了比较,分析了前期工作的实施要点,提出了一般工作程序。最后,结合文中提出的前期工作内容和程序,对BRT试验线案例进行了简要分析。

| Abstract: | The pre-project work is critical to the set-up and success of a BRT system.Based on the situation that there is not a standardized edition in China,the main tasks of pre-project work for BRT construction projects is summarized from the practical experience of Guangzhou Zhongshan Boulevard BRT pilot line and then compared with urban rail transit projects.The key points of pre-project work are analyzed and a general procedure is proposed.At last,a brief case study on BRT pilot line is given considering the proposed pre-project tasks and procedures. |
