我国教师教育体系当前形成路径与变革动因

摘    要:当前,我国形式上形成了开放的教师教育体系。但这种开放体系形式上的意义大于实质性的内容。从实质看,它与发达国家比较成熟的开放的教师教育体系有相当的差距。从教师教育格局形成路径和原因分析中发现,我国现行体系产生于高等教育管理体制的变革,源于对一流大学的诉求而进行的高校布局结构的调整。这与西方为提高教师地位,追求高质量教师而建立的开放的教师教育体系有根本的不同。两相比较,出发点不同,结果自然大异其趣。我国开放的教师教育模式在完成体系构建之后,遵照教师教育自身发展规律提高教师教育水平的任务,显得更为迫切。

Abstract:China has by far formed an open teacher education system. But it is largely external and formal and lacks the essentialities of what a true teacher education system is expected to be. In fact, it has a long way to go from the mature system in the developed countries. That is, ours has been formed to the appeal of higher education administration system reform whereas the western to the goal of open teacher education system so as to pursue teachers’ high quality, the two differing in points of departure and its ultimate goals. Ours should follow the western routine after the system is established.
