| 摘 要： | 在基础教育课程改革以及高等教育激烈竞争的形势下 ,地方师范院校必须明确教师专业发展及其内在专业结构 ,通过加强教师 (职前、职后 )专业发展促进方式的研究 ,培养学生“自我专业发展意识” ,改革教学内容和教学方法等措施促进教师专业发展。

| Abstract: | In the reform of primary education and in the intense competition of colleges, local teachers college should focus on the development of teachers' specialty and its structure. Further studies should be made in the specialty (both pre-job and on-job) to develop students' self-improving awareness, while reforming the teaching content and teaching methods. |
