| Abstract: | In the course of the socialization reforms o f the rear service in colleges and universities,trying to probe into the import ance and necessity of the ideological and political work,and starting from the realties of the reforms of the rear service,determine the methods of the reali ties of the ideological and political work so as to improve the ideological cons ciousness of the rear-service personnel,to set up a good atmosphere for the r eforms ,and push forward the socialization reforms of the rear service in coll eges and universities and promote the development of the rear service. |
