| 形意拳与太极拳传承特征的比较及启示 |

| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料、对比分析、数据分析等方法对形意拳与太极拳传承特征进行比较研究。认为形意拳与太极拳在理论发展、技能练习、生存价值等方面都存在差异。形意拳存在理论发展的保守性与片面性、技能练习形式枯燥,内容强度较大、生存价值发挥滞后等问题。提出形意拳可以在保持自身本质特性的基础上参考太极拳的发展,从而得到一些有益启示。这对于保护中华武术发展的完整性与传承传统文化的多样性,实现文化自觉和文化自信有重要的现实意义。

The Comparison and Enlightenment of the Inheritance Characteristics of Xingyiquan and Taijiquan |

| Abstract: | Through literature review, comparative analysis and data analysis, this paper does a comparative study on the inheritance characteristics of xingyiquan and taijiquan(tai chi chuan, a kind of traditional Chinese shadow boxing). It is believed that xingyiquan and taijiquan are different in terms of theoretical development, skill practice, and survival value. Xingyiquan has some problems such as conservative and one-sided theory development, boring skill practice form, high content intensity, and lagging in the development of survival value. It is proposed that xingyiquan can refer to the development of taijiquan on the basis of maintaining its own essential characteristics, so as to obtain some beneficial enlightenment. This has important practical significance for protecting the integrity of the development of Chinese wushu(martial arts) and the diversity of inheriting traditional culture, and realizing cultural awareness and cultural self-confidence. |
