| 摘 要： | 现在膝骨关节炎越来越受到临床医生的重视,但其治疗未令人满意。文章综述了近五年中药内服治疗膝骨关节炎的文献后发现,现中药内服治疗本病未有统一标准。综合各临床证型,可推测多由肝脾肾三脏亏损,风寒湿三邪乘虚侵袭,至痰浊血瘀而致病。中药内服治疗膝骨性关节炎副作用小,可长期使用。但当前中药内服治疗膝骨关节炎存在缺少规范、统一、最佳的治疗路径。
