| 摘 要： | 目的:观察温针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效,讲述该病治疗过程中的护理体会。方法:入组腰椎间盘突出症患者60例,按照随机数字表随机分为对照组30例和治疗组30例,治疗组患者予温针灸治疗干预,对照组患者予保守治疗,经过3个疗程后判定疗效。结果:治疗组有效率为83.3%,对照组有效率为60.0%,经统计检验P0.05。结论:温针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效优于其他保守治疗手段,有进一步推广的价值。在护理方面以防止烫伤为主,积极开展康复指导和健康教育将有利于患者康复。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture treatment of lumbar disc herniation temperature, tells of the disease during the treatment of nursing experience. Methods： 60 cases enrolled patients with lumbar disc herniation, according to a random number table 30 cases were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group of 30 patients, patients treated to warm acupuncture therapeutic intervention and control group patients to conservative treatment, after 3 months after treatment determine efficacy. Results： The response rate was 83.3% in the treatment group, the control group was 60.0%, the statistical test P〈0.05. Conclusion： The clinical efficacy of acupuncture treatment temperature of lumbar disc herniation is superior to other conservative treatments have further promoted value. In order to prevent bum-based care, and actively carry out rehabilitation guidance and health education will be beneficial to the rehabilitation of patients. |
