基于博弈论视角的团队知识共享激励机制研究

摘    要:通过静态博弈模型的构建及分析发现,在非对称信息下,传统的激励机制会使团队知识共享陷入囚徒困境;对知识共享行为采取直接激励则由于存在激励扭曲问题而无法起到有效的激励作用;团队利益共享计划则可以产生较好效果。基于团队利益共享激励模型,就激励合同的具体设计及如何提高成员知识共享的努力程度等方面的问题做了进一步讨论。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the incentive mechanism of knowledge sharing within teams based on game theory. By constructing and analyzing the static models of incentive mechanism, it is found out that: traditional incentive mechanism will make knowledge sharing within teams involved in a "Prisoner's Dilemma" under the condition of asymmetrical information; direct incentive mechanism cannot effectively promote the knowledge sharing within teams on the grounds of incentive distortion; however, team-based incentive mechanism does a better job on knowledge sharing within teams. By using the team-based incentive model, there is a further discussion on designing special incentive contract and fostering team members' efforts for knowledge sharing.
