| 摘 要： | 我国传统的建筑产品计价模式遏制了建设工程招标制度应有的作用，已不能满足市场经济发展的需要。工程量清单计价模式是发达国家的成功经验，并日益受到人们的重视，我国应当建立健全工程量清单计价模式，激励投标企业增强自身竞争力，促进建筑市场的健康发展。

| Abstract: | The conventional pricing mode of construction products hindered the practical effect of competitive bidding system for construction projects and could no longer meet the demand of the development of market economy. The pricing mode of BOQ, gaining wide attention, was the result of successful modern operation. The introduction of the pricing mode of BOQ in China is aimed to enhance the self-competitiveness of bidding enterprises and to stimulate the healthy development of building markets. |
