| 摘 要： | 脑的结构和功能变化规律是当前研究的热点。脑中的活性物质与脑的功能息息相关，是脑机能最有力的代表。从脑活性物质改变与运动的关系这一角度出发，着重综述了运动时脑活性物质的改变及其改变对脑机能的影响。
