| 摘 要： | 本文系统地总结了全省电大“人才培养模式改革和开放教育试点”项目开展情况与取得的成绩，用较为详细的数据论证了开放教育试点已经成为我省电大教育的主体。使我省电大在实现高等教育大众化、构建终身教育体系和建设学习型社会的目标中发挥了重要作用。

| Abstract: | This text system summarize " talent training mode reform and open education pilot project " project launch situation and achievement ", have proved the pilot project of open education and already become the main body that the TV university of our province has educated with the comparatively detailed data. Make the TV university play an important role in realizing the popularization of higher education, constructing the lifetime education system and building the goal of the studying type society. |
