| 摘 要： | 目前对竞争情报特征的归纳已有很多，但不少人忽略竞争情报与军事情报的密切关系，忽略竞争情报的“准军事”特征。从竞争情报的缘起、竞争情报从业人员的军事背景、竞争情报理论思想和方法以及反竞争情报的准军事特征4个方面来分析竞争情报的“准军事性”特征，并对战争游戏法和企业竞争情报作战室做一重点介绍，期待人们对竞争情报的“准军事”特征给予重视。
