| 摘 要： | 当前基层国库工作中存在诸如国库法规建设滞后、岗位人员未能实现优化配置、国库资金风险前移、财政管理体制改革存在缺陷等突出问题,解决这些问题应尽快采取包括出台国库法,合理设置、优化国库人力资源,充分利用现代化手段减少国库资金风险,完善国库管理体制改革等一系列措施。

| Abstract: | This paper explored such problems as legal construction on national treasury delayed,unreasonable employment,increasing risk of the national treasury fund,incomplete reform on the financial administrative system,and so on.And a series of measures were proposed on issuing the national treasury law as soon as possible,reasonable human resource arrangement,manipulating modern technologies to decrease the risk of national treasury fund and completing the administrative system reform on the national treasury. |
