| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、调查法、逻辑分析法，对部分高校为防止运动性猝死事件的发生而取消长跑运动是否合理进行探讨和研究。通过对运动性猝死的概念、分类、及分布特点的研究，发现运动性猝死的人群涉及范围广，其中大学生猝死率显著增高。针对运动猝死的案例，作者从内因和外因两个方面对其进行了分析，并从运动生理学角度阐述长期坚持长跑运动会对人体产生有益的影响，以此为依据呼吁高校不能因噎废食而取消长跑运动，建议高校建立有效合理的预防机制，从根本上预防运动猝死事件的发生。

| Abstract: | This paper, with the methods of literature, investigation, logical analysis, has done a great amount of exploration and research on whether it’s reasonable or not for the part of colleges canceling long-distance running in order to prevent exercise-induced sudden death events. Through studying the concept, classification, distribution of exercise-induced sudden death, the writer has found the events involving a wide range of people, there into;the death rate of college students is significantly higher. The author has analyzed sports sudden death cases from its both internal and external causes, and elaborated that long-running in the long term is beneficial to human body from the point of exercise physiology. On this basis, the writer appeal the college should not cancelllong-distance movement due to sports sudden death cases, and recommend universities should establish effective and reasonable prevention mechanism, which will prevent the occurrence of sudden death during sports events fundamentally. |
