| 摘 要： | 通过定义共享信息标签分级信息共享行为，可帮助协调现代组织内及组织间多级权力和责任架构间的信息活动，避免不适当信息转移所带来的负面效应。本文以共享信息标签模型为基础，分析组织内信息共享行为，尤其是单向信息共享行为，研究信息共享行为的协调方法，提出将信息共享行为同计划、实施和调查三类基本组织行为相结合的基本框架。

| Abstract: | A taxonomy of information sharing activies could be defined by “lables of sharing information”, this may help coodinate activities in modern organizations which have different levels of authority and accountability, thus undesirable side effects due to inappropriate information transfer could be avoided. Based on a model of “labels of sharing information”, this paper analyzes intra-organization information sharing behaviors, especially unilateral information sharing behavior, studies methods to coordinate information sharing activities, and proposes a basic framework relating information sharing activities to the PLAN、EXECUTION and INVESTIGATION activities in organizations. |
