| 摘 要： | 发展装配式建筑是建造方式的重大变革,国家出台了一系列政策措施倡导和推动装配式建筑产业的发展。本文分析了装配式建筑产业的人才需求以及高职院校装配式建筑人才培养工作的现状,指出了高职院校装配式建筑人才培养工作中存在的问题,并就进一步明确培养目标及规格定位,加快教师团队建设,加强教学资源建设,完善实践教学条件等方面提出了加快高职院校装配式建筑人才培养的对策。

| Abstract: | The development of prefabricated buildings is a major change in construction methods.The state has issued a series of policy measures to advocate and promote the development of the prefabricated construction industry.This article analyzes the demand for talents in the prefabricated construction industry and the current situation of prefabricated building talent training in higher vocational colleges,points out the problems in the training of prefabricated construction talents in higher vocational colleges.At the same time,the author puts forward some countermeasures to accelerate the training of prefab architecture talents in higher vocational colleges,such as further clarifying the training objectives and specifications,accelerating the construction of teachers'team,strengthening the construction of teaching resources and perfecting the practical teaching conditions. |
