| 摘 要： | 从高校体育育人目标出发,研究"健康运动理念与群体活动"融汇贯通、递进发展问题,是深化高等学校课外体育教育,提升课外体育质量的重要内容。在立足学校、面向基层的改革实践中开发院系体育,构建群体活动健康发展的新模式,发掘适应自身发展的"健康运动机制",具有很强的应用性特征。
