| 摘 要： | 高等学校采用学研产相结合发展是地方高校顺应经济发展的必然要求。地方高校实行学研产结合发展的措施应是树立正确的办学理念,优化专业设置结构,构建教师的教学业绩和科研成果的评价体系,实行校企合作办学,重视科技成果的转化。只有如此才能促进地方高校学研产相结合的发展。

| Abstract: | It is a necessary requirement for the adaptation of local universities to the economic development that universities adopt the development of learning-research-industrialization combination. In the development of learning-research-industrialization combination local universities should establish the correct idea of running school, optimize the structure of specialty setup, construct the evaluative system of teaching and scientific-research achievements of teachers, carry out the cooperative way to run school with enterprises, pay attention to the transformation of scientific-research achievements. Only in doing so, can the development of learning-research-industrialization combination of local universities be promoted. |
