| 摘 要： | 作为学术文化的重要组成部分,信任有三种来源,即来源于过程的、来源于特征的和来源于制度的信任。学术组织坚守对高深学问的探求,保持自治和自由,加强规范制度建设等,是实现学术组织中信任的条件。信任对学术组织的生存和发展具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | As the important aspect of acdemic culture, trust has three origins-rooting in process, organizational characteristic, and institution. Academic organization must persist in pursuing higher learning, keep autonomy and freedom, and strengthen scientific norms building, which are conditions to realize trust. There are important meaning in trust for academic organization to exist and develop. |
