| 摘 要： | 江泽民同志所作的“十六大”报告充满了与时俱进、开拓创新的精神,体现了思想路线的创新、体制机制的创新、党的建设的创新,是与时俱进的典范。报告不仅在开篇中把“与时俱进”作为精髓提出来,还对“与时俱进”的地位和内涵进行深刻阐述,创造性地提出了一系列新思想、新观点、新政策,体现了与时俱进这个精髓。

| Abstract: | The 16th Report of CPC made by comrade JIANG Ze-min imbues with the spirit of keeping pace with the times and innovation,and embodies the innovation of the party's ideology, system and mechanism,and the construction of the party,and is the excellent example of keeping pace with the times. In his report comrade JIANG Ze-min not merely regards keeping pace with the times as essence, but also elaborates the connotation profoundly and proposes creatively a series of new ideas,concepts and policies,embodying the essence of keeping pace with the times. |
