| 摘 要： | 我国高校就业指导工作起步较晚,就业指导的规范化、科学化和专业化都有待改进。要做好高校学生就业指导工作应着重抓好“职业自我”指导、“发展式”指导、职业生涯规划指导、“个性化”指导、创业指导和就业指导队伍专业化建设等六个方面工作。

| Abstract: | The employment guiding for university students began fairly late in China, and much is still to be done to improve its normalization, scientization and specialization. The improvement of the employment guiding requires both the specialization of employment guiding staff and the guiding of "employment and ego" , development mode, career planning, individuality and creativity. |
