Abstract: | In order to ensure the quality of higher education certification, Department: of: Education and Council for Higher Education Accreditation, the United States, implement official
and civil two accreditation standards for accrediting agencies. In the four parts of certification qualification, organization management, accrediting procedure, and the effects, the two standards are quite similar; but the development of accrediting agencies; the science of standard and the flexibility of standard use are different, each standard:has its own characteristics. In combination with the practical needs of further promoting education management and evaluation in China,the comparison of the two standards has the certain enlightenment for the development: of the third party evaluation agencies in China. |
