| 摘 要： | 知识经济时代的到来，为思想政治工作的现代化提供了条件和机遇。思想政治工作的现代化，主要包括以下五个方面的内容：一是思想政治工作观念现代化；二是思想政治工作体制现代化；三是思想政治工作手段的现代化；四是思想政治工作内容的现代化；五是思想政治工作要实现社会化。

| Abstract: | The modernization of the ideological and political work is a continuing reform process and practice guided by certain value concepts, traditional concepts, system, contents and methods of political work. The upcoming age of Knowledge Economy offers favorable conditions and opportunities for political work. The modernization of the ideological and political work chiefly includes five aspects: modernizations of concepts, system, methods, and contents, and socialization of political work. |
