| 摘 要： | 针对高职教育毕业生就业的现状，分析了就业瓶颈产生的原因，通过调查得到用人单位对学生的能力需求。提出在高职教育教学过程中，要以就业为导向，推行工学结合；要进行课程改革，以职业活动为核心进行课程设计，突出实践能力和综合能力培养；要开展就业、创业教育；以校企合作为基础，以学生为主体开展课程实施和组织。创建以就业为导向的工学结合模式，开创高职教育的新局面。
