论系统论视阈下我国科技奖励体系的优化

摘    要:系统科学方法是在承认事物客观普遍联系的基础上,具体全面地揭示对象的系统存在、系统关系及其规律的一整套科学理论和观点,是建立合理科技奖励体系的重要理论依据。科技奖励是一个包含主体、客体和中介等要素以及目标、原则、标准、仪式等相关内容的复杂系统。对我国科技奖励系统进行优化,应从三个方面着手:按照社会需求进行正确的奖励设置;运用反馈原理寻求优化系统运行的方案;奖后效应的调查与合理调适。
