| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨大学生的自我和谐和自信心对其时间管理倾向的影响。方法:采用自我和谐、自信心和时间管理倾向的问卷,对唐山某院校在校448名大学生进行调查。结果:(1)不同性别的人在时间管理倾向上不存在显著差异。(2)大学生的时间管理倾向与其自信心和自我灵活性呈显著正相关,与自我和谐总分和自我经验与不和谐分数呈显著负相关。(3)大学生的自信心、自我灵活性和自我与经验的不和谐能够预测大学生时间管理倾向32.1%的变异量。结论:大学生的时间管理倾向不受性别影响;自我和谐和自信心对医学院校大学生的时间管理倾向具有预测作用。
