| 摘 要： | 新农村社区公益性文化建设具有重要的战略意义。文章针对当前新农村社区公益性文化建设面临的诸多困境,提出应从以下几方面推进新农村社区公益性文化建设：提高认识,增强各级领导加强新农村社区公益性文化建设的自觉性与紧迫感;完善机制,加强新农村社区公益性文化事业队伍建设;统筹规划,健全新农村社区公益性文化建设投入的长效机制;正视现实,营造新农村社区公益性文化建设的文明健康氛围。

| Abstract: | The new rural community public cultural construction is very important.According to its existing problems and difficulties,this article puts forward some suggestions to promote its construction,which are to deepen the understanding,increase the leaders' sense of consciousness and urgency,better the mechanism,tighten up building the team,make overall plans,complete the permanent mechanism of investment,and create the civilized and healthy atmosphere for the new rural community public cultural construction. |
