| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法,对参加2004年全国跆拳道裁判员培训班的国家级裁判员进行问卷调查,针对当前我国国家级裁判员队伍存在的问题,研究其对策.结果表明:现阶段我国多数跆拳道裁判员执法机会和接受培训机会较少,兼职裁判员在接受任务时,遇到困难和阻力较大;裁判员英语水平普遍较低;主副裁判执裁尺度难以统一.提出建立全国性裁判学术研究组织,制定裁判员等级考察制度等建议.

| Abstract: | This paper utilizes method of literature review,questionnaire and statistics.After delivering questionnaire to the empires who participate in the national Taekwondo judges training class in 2004.The author gets the following result: Change of judge and accepting training is not enough to most judges in China;part-time judges meet more difficulty in job :the English level of most judges is low;measure of judge is not uniform between chief judges and accessory judges.It puts forward the following suggestion to eotablish nationwide research institution on judges and ranking evaluating system of judges. |
