甲壳低聚糖表面活性剂在天然水中的降解性研究

摘    要:考察了两种新型甲壳低聚糖表面活性剂在河沟水中的降解情况,结果发现缩水甘油醚型非离子表面活性剂—(2-羟基-3-十六烷氧基)丙基甲壳低聚糖具有良好的生物相容性,可生物降解;季铵盐型阳离子表面活性剂-(2-羟基-3-二甲基十二烷基铵基)丙基甲壳低聚糖具有杀菌、灭藻作用,在水体中能够稳定存在。

Abstract:Two kinds of functional derivatives of chitosan with good surface activity were obtained by modifying chitooligosaccharide prepared by degrading chitosan with hydrogen peroxide under neutral condition.The degradability of new surfactants in water was studied by UV spectrophotometry.The experimental results showed that HCPC had good biological compatibility,biodegradability and bacteria and alga were killed in water samples with QA-OCHS.
