| Abstract: | Since the cross -culture -communication between Chinese and foreigners are more and more frequent; and the university - English - culture - lectures is receiving increasing attentions in China. In order to both promote a better designing of those textbooks, and provide better English lectures, this paper just focuses on exploring about the features of the contents and materials from the main textbooks for the college students firstly. And then, it puts some advice for- wards both to the textbook -designers and the ordinary college English teachers, which are about how to design theses main textbooks better, as well as about how to provide the college students with better English teaching. |
