建兰无土栽培的基质筛选的研究

摘    要:本文以无土栽培的方法,对建兰设计了4种有机和无机混合的基质配方进行栽培观察筛选。在实验期间,分别对不同基质配方的理化指标如:总孔隙度,通气孔隙度、最大持水量、pH值、EC值、基质阳离子交换量进行分析比较,并对建兰的出芽率、芽苗增高量、干鲜重、含水量、叶片叶绿素含量以及根系活力进行观察、分析和统计比较,最后综合得出:最适合建兰生长的基质配方是花岗岩:花生壳(4:6)。

Abstract:To solve the problem the confused application of unqualified soilless cultures in the commercial orchid cultivation which seriously affected orchid quality, we designed and tested through soilless culture 4 organic and machine mixed matrix formula for Cymbidium ensifolium. During the experiment follwing matrix characteristics and plant characteristics were determined matrix formulations:total porosity, aeration porosity, maximum water holding capacity, pH value, EC value, cation exchange capacity; budding rate of orchids, increased bud height, dry and fresh weight, water content, leaf chlorophyll content and root activity. Statistical analysis of the results showed : that the best formula for Cymbidium ensifolium was :granite matrix with peanut shell (4:6).
