| Abstract: | It is widely accepted that collective teaching neglects students' individual character.How to improve it and pay more attention to the development of individual character is a common issue confronted by teaching reform worldwide.Individualized learning is an effective way of overcoming the disadvantages of traditional collective teaching.The exploration of the theory of individualized learning and the successful practices in Japan are enlightening to us.Its experience and problems are valuable to us in the efforts of putting this method into practice. |
