| 摘 要： | 目前在成人高等教育教学质量管理中存在的问题有:成人高等教育教学质量标准缺失成人特色,成人高等教育教学质量检查流于形式,成人高等教育教学质量分析不够深入,成人高等教育教学质量控制措施不够严格。将系统理论引入成人高等教育的教学管理,并据此构建新的成人高等教育教学质量管理体系。

| Abstract: | There are problems in the current teaching quality management of the adult higher education.The teaching quality standard of the higher adult education lacks the adult style.The teaching quality inspection lacks substantial content.The teaching quality analysis is not profound.The teaching quality control is not strict.Introducing the system theory into the teaching management of adult higher education and constructing a new management system can enhance the efficiency and level of the teaching quality management. |
