摘    要:在以“学分银行”制度建设为抓手,推进全民终身学习的学习型社会建设的背景下,非正式学习成果认证日益凸显出在国家教育锏度特别是国家继续教育学习成果认证、积累与转换制度设计中的突出地位和重要社会价值,关于非正式学习成果认证的理论与实践也因此日益成为国内外学界关注的热点。非正式学习成果认证应坚持公平公正、质量第一、标准为先、公开透明以及同步监控的原则,采用档案袋评估、能力测试、观测、陈述和模拟等主要认证方法。

Abstract:In the "credit bank" system construction as the starting point, our country promotes the construction of a learning society of lifelong learning background. Informal learning achievements certification is more and more in the state system especially the national continuing education certification, which results in highlighting important status and social value accumulation and conversion system design. The theory and practice of informal learning achievements certifications increasingly become the focus in the academic circles at home and abroad. According to the necessity and influence factors of informal learning results proof of certification, the certification of informal learning achievements should adhere to main principles of the fairness, quality first, the standard first and opening, whose main authentication methods include synchronous monitoring and portfolio assessment, admissible ability test, observation, presentation and simulation and so forth.
