| 摘 要： | 随着经济的发展,非物质文化遗产正面临着巨大的冲击。中国对于非物质文化遗产以行政保护为主,这一方式已不能满足非物质文化遗产的保护需求。基于非物质文化遗产与知识产权保护客体间的联系,应从知识产权的角度对非物质文化遗产进行保护。

| Abstract: | With economic development,intangible cultural heritage is facing a huge impact.China main administrative protection of intangible cultural heritage,this approach can not meet the protection needs of the intangible cultural heritage.Contact between the object of the intangible cultural heritage and intellectual property protection,from the perspective of the intellectual property rights of intangible cultural heritage protection. |
