| 摘 要： | 文章从历史的角度概略性地阐述了我国音乐教育的历史渊源，分析了制约我国传统音乐教育发展的因素，并对《音乐课程标准》的沿革历程及其基本指导思想进行阐述、剖析之后，指出了旧的《标准》虽重视知识性、技能性等智商的教育，却忽视了音乐教育的情感性、趣味性等情商教育。

| Abstract: | This article introduces historically the general evolution of our musical education and the major principles in Music Teaching Program, explains the factors restricting our traditional musical education and expatiates on our national criterion of music curriculum. It points out that this program emphasizes the cultivation of knowledge and skill; while neglects the training of emotion interests. |
