| 摘 要： | 高校后勤社会化改革对传统的高校财务管理体制产生了很大的影响，如何适应后勤社会化改革带来的财务管理体制、资产管理方式、预算管理、约束机制等几个方面的新变化，探索建立既适应高校未来发展需要，又符合后勤社会化改革要求的财务管理模式，是高校财务工作一项紧迫的任务。主要包括以下三个方面的内容：一要理顺学校与后勤集团之间的财务关系；二要加强后勤集团的内部管理，提高经济效益和服务水平；三要完善监督制约机制。

| Abstract: | The reform of logistic socialization in colleges and universities has had great influence on financial management system. In order to adapt to such changes after the reform as assets management mode, budget management and restriction mechanism, it is a urgent task to seek after a new financial management mode that meets both future development of colleges and universities and the reform of logistic socialization. The new mode should contain: harmonious financial relations between colleges and logistic groups, internal management of logistic groups and improvement of economic benefit and service standard, perfecting supervisory mechanism. |
