| 摘 要： | 学生干部作为高职院校学生管理工作的骨干力量，在整个思想政治教育和学生管理工作中，历来发挥着举足轻重的作用。但随着形势的不断变化，学生干部队伍建设出现了新矛盾，这些新矛盾制约着整个学生管理工作，因此我们必须与时俱进，研究和探索学生干部队伍建设的新思路。

| Abstract: | Student cadres have been playing an important role in the course of the political education and the daily administration of students as they are the key administrative parts in the high vocational colleges.However,some new contradictions have come up with the changing surroundings,and they are somehow restricting the whole administrative job,so we must try to study and find a new way of the student cadres' construction according to the changed surroundings. |
