| 摘 要： | 文学翻译重在传递原文的“形”和“神”,以做到形神兼备为最佳,也即在正确表达原文意思的基础上传达弦外之音,这也正是翻译中最大的一个难题。翻译家和文学家林语堂先生所译沈复的《浮生六记》就很好地做到了形似和神似的统一,无论是从语言的选择、篇章的理解到情感的再现和意境的重铸都译得丝丝入扣,完整地再现了原文的神韵。本文欲从“传神”的角度分析林先生所译《浮生六记》所体现出的美。

| Abstract: | The best literary translation is to vividly show the readers both the form and the spirit of the original work, that is to say, to tell the readers the implications while still express the original meanings correctly. This is no easy job in translation. However, the translation expert and writer LIN Yu-tang's translation of the book Six Chapters of A Floating Life written by SHEN Fu was an excellent example in this aspect, whether in the choices of words, understanding of the context, reflection of feelings or the rebuilding of artistic conception. This paper tries to analyze the beautifulness in LIN's translation of this book from the angle of conveying "spirit". |
