| 摘 要： | 现代篮球对抗技术训练研究，是依据篮球比赛的对抗性特征，设计、构建符合现代篮球技术运用的训练手段与方法，创新情景体验，进行模拟训练，发展和提高运动员的对抗技术和运用能力，使其适应现代篮球比赛大强度和强对抗的要求，就现代篮球对抗技术训练中要坚持的一个原则，要落实的两个环节，要注意的问题作了论述，其目的是完善、发展、创新现代篮球对抗技术训练理论、方法和手段，进一步促进我国技术训练水平的提高，缩小与世界强队的技术差距。

| Abstract: | The study of training of antagonistic techniques in modern basketball match is based on antagonistic character,design and construction of the match and conforms to the training methods and ways of modern basketball technique application. Through creating experiences and carrying out simulating matches,the athletes' antagonistic technique and application ability can be promoted so as to be adapted to the high intensity and antagonism in matches. In this article,the principle to be followed in antagonistic training,two things to be done and problems to be heeded to are discussed. The purpose is to perfect,develop and find theories,ways and methods of modern basketball antagonistic technique training in order to raise the level of technical training of the Chinese basketball and narrow the gap between the Chinese basketball team with the world powerful teams. |
