| Abstract: | The files of journals record the history of academic development in universities,as well as the author＇s achievements and their creative processes,which embody the significant value in the area of information.The scientific management and institutional management on files would be conducive to make full use of the information in the files resources,thus become the source of scientific research,as a result,it enables the files of journals to provide more efficient and more initiative services for readers,authors,examiners and editors. |
