和谐教育的实践和探索

摘    要:实施和谐教育是建设社会主义和谐社会的任务之一。学校教育应该承担起和谐教育的使命。和谐教育的基本内涵是使教育各要素和谐、有效地运行,形成最优的教育环境和机制,最大限度满足学生德、智、体、关诸方面和谐发展的需求。在“和谐发展”的教育理念指导下,上海市第二中学在构建学生和谐发展的课程体系、课堂教学、育人机制和建设和谐的校园文化方面,进行了有益的实践和探索。

Abstract:The implementation of harmonious education is one of the tasks of building the socialist society. School education should undertake the mission of harmonious education. The basic content of harmonious education is to make all the educational elements operate harmoniously and effectively, to form the best educational environment and mechanism, and to satisfy the students' needs for all - round development of morality, intelligence, physique and aesthetic to a large extent. Under the guidance of educational theory of "harmonious development", Shanghai NO. 2 High School has carried out beneficial practice and exploration on building the curriculum system for students' harmonious development, class teaching, education mechanism, and construction of harmonious campus culture.
