摘    要:法律语言的研究是语言哲学研究向其他领域延伸的应然之果,其价值和意义越来越为人们所重视。为弥补现行模拟法庭教学的不足,可以引入语言学方法,从程序语言、角色语言和论辩语言三方面组织法庭教学模拟。以语言为实践对象的法庭模拟需要庭外之功,即法学基础理论的研习和语言功底的训练。由于汉语世界法律语言的特殊性,研究和教学法律语言任重道远。
