| 摘 要： | 20世纪90年代末以来,我省为提高教学质量,对农村中小学实行了“撤、扩、并”工作,这是政府调整学校布局、优化办学资源、提高教学质量的重要举措。通过调研,农村中小学“撤、扩、并”后,学校在规模办学、提高教育教学质量和学校管理水平上都取得了较大的成绩,可是,也给欠发达地区九年制“普及”教育带来一系列的困难与问题。为更好地实现“普及”与“提高”的协调发展,笔者对欠发达地区基础教育现状进行了调研与分析,提出了意见与建议。

| Abstract: | In order to improve the quality of teaching and learning, the government of Zhejiang Province decided to"remove, expand, and combine"some elementary and middle schools in the countryside at the end of 1990s. After investigating and researching, on one side, it is found that schools have gained great achievement in running schools of larger scale, in improving the quality of teaching and learning and in the level of school management, since"removing, expanding and combining", on the other side, it is also found some difficulties and problems about the 9-year compulsory education in the areas. So the author put forward some advice and suggestions after the investigation and analysis. |
