| 摘 要： | 知识经济是以高新技术产业为支柱和龙头的经济，而风险投资是发展高新技术产业的孵化器和助推器。没有风险投资，就没有高新技术产业化，就没有知识经济。国内风险投资发展十几年，对促进国内高新技术产业所起的作用十分有限。本文分析了我国高新技术产业的风险投资事业发展所面临的问题，并提出了一些对策来建立和完善我国高新技术产业的风险投资体系。

| Abstract: | Knowledge economy is based on high-tech industrialization, but venture capital is the incubator and introspector of developing high-tech industrialization.Thereare not high-tech Industrialization and Knowledge economy also if there is not venture capital. By over ten years development, the effect of venture capital in promoting high-tech industrialization is dissatisfying. This paper analyses the development problem of venture capital in China and puts on some countermeasures for establishing and perfecting the venture capital system of high-tech industrialization in China. |
