摘    要:体育教学中学生的心理状态如何 ,直接影响教学质量和效果 ,在课堂教学中学生不时会产生过度紧张心理、恐惧心理、抑郁心理、松散心理。不良学习心理的调控途径和方法主要有 :提高教师自身的心理素质和教学水平 ,营造良好的课堂教育心理环境。

Abstract:The students' psychological condition in P.E. teac hi ng affects directly the teaching quality and effect. In classroom teaching, stud ents occasionally feel nervous, scared, depressed and slack. The way to adjust t heir ill-mood is not only to improve teachers' psychological quality and teachin g, but also create a better psychological atmosphere of classroom teaching.
