关注教师知识发展促进新课程改革

摘    要:在新一轮的课程改革中有很多值得人们期待的理念,这些理念能否得到落实与教师的素质是息息相关的.教师知识是教师素质的核心内容,它的发展直接影响到教学的质量和改革的进程.为此,文章从建模观的角度,探讨了教师知识发展的模式并提出了促进教师发展的一些建议.

Abstract:There are many ideas that deserve expectation in the development of the new round experiment of basic education reform.However,these ideas' implementations depend on teachers' quality.Teachers' knowledge is the core content of teachers' quality,its development will directly influence teaching quality and process of the new curriculum reform.Accordingly,this paper discusses the model of teachers' knowledge development and makes some suggestions that can foster teachers' development from the perspectives of modeling view.
