| 摘 要： | 大学德育管理具有自我性、参与性、知识性、开放性、发展性的特点。大学的德育管理应该遵循统一性和灵活性相结合的原则,管理与自我管理相结合的原则,综合管理的原则,管理与服务相结合的原则和制度性管理与灵活性管理相结合的原则等。
