| 摘 要： | 通过问卷对吉林市老工业基地知识分子健康状况进行调查分析,结果显示,有48.3%的人处于亚健康状态;有72.3%的人患有某种疾病,患病种类尤以颈椎病、腰肌劳损、风湿病、心脏病、胃病、脑供血不足为最多;有24.6%的人有不同程度的心理问题。究其原因:知识分子的职业工作特点,过度疲劳造成的精力、体力透支;忽视健身和营养保健,参与体育锻炼程度低;虽主观上认识正确但行为上却明显滞后,工作忙、家务重、没时间和没人指导是影响参加体育活动的主要因素。

| Abstract: | Through using the method of questionnaire investigation,this paper made investigation on health condition of intellectual in old industry base in Jilin.The result showed that 48.3% of intellectual was in condition of subhealthy,while 72.3% of them suffered from certain illnesses such as neck-vertebra disease,strain of lumbar muscle,rheumatism,heart attack,stomach trouble and insufficient brain blood supply.24.6% of intellectual suffered from mental problems.The main reason was the occupation character of intellectual,energy and physical ability depleted caused by overfatigue,ignorance of body exercise and nutrition care,less participating in physical activity.Busy work,heavy housework,no free time and guide were the main factors for intellectual not to participate in sports activity. |
